Responsibilities of the Business Operations Manager:
- Handle all office administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including accounts payable/receivable and monthly reconciliations.
- Process payroll for employees in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Process and manage approximately 10-12 invoices per month.
- Oversee vendor and client accounts, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain personnel files and HR records in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Administer employee benefits and assist with HR-related inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and office administration.
- Familiarity with HR policies and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, clients, and employees.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a small office environment.
- High school diploma or GED required
