The Professional/Direct Hire Division of Spherion Mid Ohio is partnered with a strong and growing organization in Richland County, Ohio, to find an experienced Director of Finance to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary range of $100K–$150K, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

What We're Looking For:

• 10 years of experience in financial management.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP or similar systems.
• Prior experience in an organization with $10M in revenue and a team of 20 employees.
• Proven success managing a 5-person department.
• Experience overseeing AP and AR functions.
• CPA certification is a plus but not required.
