- Conduct thorough inspections of plant equipment to identify defects, misalignments, and wear.
- Assist in the installation and repair of conduit, as well as splicing and insulating wires and cables.
- Analyze various circuits and wiring diagrams to design, test, service, and install electronic devices and control systems.
- Perform dismantling, cleaning, repairing, and replacement of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Aid in the construction and repair of jigs, fixtures, tools, and dies to minimize production interruption.
- Adjust new equipment to ensure proper operating characteristics.
- Proficiency in operating a variety of tools and equipment, including drill presses, power saws, welding equipment, hydraulic presses, and more.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for technical devices and processes.
- Experience operating mobile and hoisting equipment.
- Minimum 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Relevant certifications in regulated trades such as welding, hydraulics, etc.
- Valid forklift license.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
