Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and great dependability. This position does NOT require a high school diploma. Candidate must be willing to follow all required Good Manufacturing Practices including no jewelry, piercings, nail polish, false nails or false eyelashes.

- Operates the processing/ baking equipment under general supervision
- Properly mix baking ingredients
- Operates and shuts down equipment
- Read and understand batch sheets; includes following recipe steps/instructions and accurately weighing raw materials.
