The Pick, Pack, and Ship Associate is responsible for accurately picking products from inventory, packing them efficiently and securely for shipment, and ensuring that all shipments are processed promptly. The role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking:
  • Retrieve items from inventory using a pick list or electronic system (such as a barcode scanner or handheld device).
  • Ensure accuracy of picked items, including correct product type, quantity, and SKU.
• Packing:
  • Follow company guidelines for packaging, including using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.).
  • Label packages with correct shipping information and any required documentation (e.g., packing slip, invoice).
• Shipping:
  • Weigh and label packages accurately to prepare for shipment.
  • Process shipments using shipping software and ensure orders are dispatched through the correct carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).
  • Maintain an organized workspace and help in tracking inventory levels.
• General Warehouse Duties:
  • Assist in receiving and restocking inventory when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
  • Participate in cycle counting and inventory control activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory control software is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
