What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at Spherion-South Central WI & Northern IL?

Responsible for running filling machines, capping machines, potentially running a forklift, working on a production line. A production staffer is also responsible for the safety, food safety and packaging as directed by the Line Leads. The work environment characteristics described here are common warehouse noise.
Responsibilities:
- Washing, Painting, Preparation and or Filling of containers
- Pumping bulk honey from drums into system
- Setup and cleanup of line
- Filling, capping, boxing, testing of the products
- Obtaining and recording samples for each production day
- Emptying barrels and emptying trash
- Morning open tasks and inspections
Qualifications:
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
