Job Description: We are seeking diligent and physically capable Record Center Specialists to join our team. This role involves significant physical effort, including kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending throughout the shift. The primary responsibilities include moving, arranging, lifting, and loading storage boxes, bins, and totes. Weight ranges for these items are from 24lbs to over 100lbs. Candidates will be required to handle these items manually and via hand carts.

Protective Gear Requirements: Employees must wear protective footwear that meets ASTM F2413-11 standards for Safety Toe Cap Footwear and has a slip-resistant rating of "Better" or "Best".

Job Summary and Work Schedule:

• Normal Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

Essential Job Functions:

• Engage in walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and bending for extended periods.
• Independently grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance, navigating inclines, stairs, and varied walking surfaces.
• Accurately read and write in English to process orders and manage inventory.
• Utilize proprietary computer systems to track orders and locate boxes.
• Operate hand-held scanners and other inventory management devices.
• Safely climb and balance on ladders when necessary.
• Manage, load, and operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Efficiently load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks both manually and with material handling aids.

Position Comments: This position requires hard labor and the ability to lift 30-50lbs at a fast pace. Candidates must be prepared to work in both hot and cold environmental conditions.
