As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machinery, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities of a Machine Operator:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently and safely.
- Set up machinery, load materials, and perform machine adjustments as needed to meet production requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure that products meet quality standards by inspecting machines and output regularly.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure all Machine Operators follow safety protocols at all times.
- Record machine performance data, report issues, and suggest improvements to enhance machine operation.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the timely completion of orders while maintaining the machine’s productivity.
- Provide training and guidance to new Machine Operators, ensuring they follow company processes and safety standards.
