We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks and assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with different departments, handle scheduling, and ensure that office procedures are well-organized and efficient.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external meetings.
- Track and monitor inventory of office supplies, placing orders when needed.
- Support manufacturing staff with documentation, data analysis, and project coordination.
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and serve as the point of contact for administrative inquiries.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee activities.
- Ensure the office is organized and runs efficiently, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
