Assembly/Production Associate

Job Title: Assembly/Production Associate
Flick Packaging in Galion is seeking a motivated individual to join our team. We are responsible for creating boxes of various sizes for private industry and military needs.
Available Shifts:
1st: 6am - 5pm (Monday - Thursday), Friday as needed (6am-11:30am).
Note: Your schedule will be confirmed by Monday for Friday shifts.
Compensation:
$15.50/hour, increasing to $17.00/hour upon full-time hire.
Work Environment:
We operate five buildings, including warehouse space and a "cut to order" cut shop.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble wooden boxes for military applications.
• Crate construction may involve various materials, including heavy-duty cargo containers or lightweight plywood dust covers.

Must be comfortable standing for 8-10 hours a day and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.

Temp-to-Hire Details:

Able to transition to permanent placement after 720 hours worked.

Requirements:

• Nail gun experience required.
• Ability to measure to 1/32 increments.
• Excellent attendance and hand-eye coordination.
• Lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Dependable with good safety practices.

This role does not require a high school diploma.
