In this role, you will lead and manage 8-10 service technicians , oversee vendor and customer relationships , and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance. You will also be responsible for managing preventative maintenance (PM) programs , optimizing service operations, and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize productivity.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Lead and manage a team of 8-10 service technicians , ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee and continue to develop vendor relationships and customer service management to maintain strong partnerships.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and improve preventative maintenance (PM) programs for customer-owned equipment.
- Conduct customer visits to address concerns, strengthen relationships, and upgrade service contracts for recurring monthly inspections.
- Analyze performance metrics , ensuring proper staff utilization for service and maintenance jobs.
- Provide data reports and recommendations to executive leadership on staffing needs and operational efficiency.
- Ensure service work aligns with the company's standard rate structure , optimizing time, resources, and service coverage .
