Available Shifts :
1st : 6am-2 : 30pm M- Th
Friday-Sunday OT Mandatory if running at that time
Pay Rate : 20.00
Work environment :
Well organized warehouse environment with full-service breakrooms in each building.
Job Description : Shipping Clerk
Weigh trucks in / out & direct to proper location. Prepare documentation for all loads, matching everything up in the correct order. Perform all SAP transactions as directed. Ablility to prioritize daily tasks with continuous interruptions and changing priorities. Special projects or other duties as assigned. Ability to work independently, handle adverse situations and problem solve. Effective communication and time management. Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word. Proper email and phone etiquette. Effective use of calculator, fax, copier, printers, and other general office equipment. Ability to adapt to flexible work schedule including overtime. Be willing to work overtime (Friday / Saturday) as required. Knowledge in SAP is a plus but not required.
