We are seeking an experienced Associate Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team in Red Bank, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in commercial litigation and a strong background in research and writing.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution, including strategy development and client communication.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
- Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, document requests, and subpoenas, as well as conducting depositions.
- Provide sound legal counsel to clients, keeping them informed of case progress and strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and case law affecting commercial litigation in New Jersey.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in commercial litigation (experience in personal injury does not qualify).
- Strong research and writing abilities.
- Exceptional oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Degree from an accredited law school.
