Spherion Greensburg is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and supplies.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning and organizing work areas.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to meet project goals.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Help with the setup and teardown of work sites as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of safety practices related to construction or labor work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude at work.
