Overview
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at a busy distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of forklifts and equipment in a warehouse setting. 1st shift available in Muncy and 1st and 2nd shift available in Milton.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts including Reach Trucks, Hi-Lo, Pallet Jacks, and Clamp Trucks to move materials within the warehouse
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Utilize OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment
- Conduct equipment repairs and maintenance as needed
- Assist in inventory control and materials handling
- Work closely with the team to meet production goals
Skills
- Proficiency in operating Reach Trucks, Hi-Lo, Pallet Jacks, and Clamp Trucks
- Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations for safe forklift operation
- Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to handle shipping and receiving tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
