Job Title: Assembler
Location: Owatonna, MN
Shifts Available:
1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Thurs
3rd Shift - 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Mon-Thurs

Your Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components with precision using hand tools, air tools, and measuring equipment to create top-quality products.
- Inspect and analyze rejected products, collaborate with the lead assembler, and assist in resolving issues.
- Use calibration and testing equipment to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned to support production goals.
Must-Haves:
- Mechanical aptitude and a knack for problem-solving.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Physical stamina to stand through the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous production or assembly experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Comfort with hand and power tools.
