Location: Remote Must be in Lanai Hawaii
Hourly Rate: $14/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM HST

Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Temporary Outbound Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, assisting customers, and providing support as needed. This is a remote position, so you must have your own equipment (computer, headset, and stable internet connection) to be eligible. *Please note: Must reside in LANAI HAWAII to be eligible*

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers.
• Provide information, answer questions, and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and weekly goals.

Requirements:

• Must have your own equipment: computer, headset, and reliable internet connection.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM HST.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
