We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position involves assisting with various tasks in production, assembly, and warehouse operations. Carpentry experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in assembling, sanding, and finishing products
- Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided)
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 40-60 lbs and stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Carpentry or woodworking experience is a plus but not required
