JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for Forklift Operators and Warehouse Workers to handle the loading, unloading, movement, and storage of products in a busy warehouse setting. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay, stable hours, and room for advancement. Work takes place in both refrigerated and non-refrigerated environments, including freezer areas for specific roles.

Paid Breaks & Orientation

• Two 15-minute paid breaks per shift
• 1.5-day paid orientation

PAY & SHIFT DETAILS

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Starting: $18.50/hr

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Starting: $19.50/hr

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – Midnight (or until work is completed)

• Starting: $21.00/hr

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week, overtime required
Work Location: In-person – Albert Lea, MN 56007

RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up), pallet jacks, and order pickers
✔ Load/unload trailers safely and efficiently
✔ Stage and store products in assigned areas
✔ Utilize RF scanners for tracking and inventory
✔ Maintain warehouse cleanliness (7S program)
✔ Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
✔ Work in varied warehouse conditions

MUST HAVES

• Forklift Certification or 18 months experience operating powered industrial trucks
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for long shifts
• Experience in shipping/receiving or logistics
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work overtime and in cold storage for some positions or other varied warehouse environments

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, or other MHE
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
