Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Onsite - Owatonna, MN
Shift Available:
1st Shift - Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour depending on shift and experience

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate metal fabrication equipment, including press brakes, punch presses, tube benders, saws, and wire forming machines.
- Follow blueprints and engineering drawings to complete tasks.
- Ensure parts meet high-quality standards.
- Select the right materials and follow production orders.
- Inspect parts thoroughly during and after production.
- Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and safe.
What You Bring:
- At least 6 months of experience operating metal forming equipment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring tools like tape measures and calipers.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting light to moderate weights.
- Experience using hand tools.
Nice to Have:
