Job Title: Lead Order Selector
Location: Faribault, MN
Schedule: Day Shift - Monday - Friday, Sunday (Rotating Shifts)
Pay: $20.00-$23.00/HR
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Warehouse Order Selector Team Lead to help manage a warehouse team! In this role, you’ll oversee a team, ensuring orders are picked correctly, the warehouse stays clean, and everything runs smoothly. You’ll be a working lead—picking, packing, and guiding the team while helping with training, delegating tasks, and supporting daily operations. Warehouse Hours:
- Sunday: 8 AM to Finish (approx. 5 PM)
- Mon-Thurs: 8 AM to Finish (approx. 6-7 PM)
- Friday: 10 AM to Finish (approx. 3 PM)
Finish times may vary during high-volume seasons.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and quality.
- Train and coach new and existing employees.
- Pick, stock, rotate, and pack items like chips, snacks, pop, and candy.
- Use a forklift and pallet jack to move materials.
- Help with staffing, scheduling, and ensuring shifts are covered.
- Communicate effectively with other leads and the supervisor to resolve issues.
- Lead by example and take on manager responsibilities when needed.
- Assist with closing and locking up the warehouse at the end of the shift.
Must Haves:
- Warehouse and Order Selecting experience
- Leadership experience and strong people skills
- Forklift certified or willing to get certified
- Valid Non-CDL Class D driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 54 lbs and push/pull 95 lbs
- Reliable attendance record and longevity in previous roles
Nice to Have:
- 2 years of warehouse experience
- Leadership experience
