The SEC Reporting Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of the Bank’s public reporting disclosures, including forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, as well as quarterly earnings releases. In addition, this role will assist in management reporting decisions, ensuring consistency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across the Bank.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of the Bank’s public reporting disclosures, including forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, and quarterly earnings releases.
- Assist in management reporting decisions, ensuring consistency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across the Bank.
- Responsible for the coordination and filing of all Bank public disclosures, including forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and the related footnotes consistent with GAAP.
- Develop and manage supporting schedules and tie-outs.
- Prepare complete Management Discussions and Analyses (MD&A) that are well-written, appropriately identify drivers and trends, and are relevant to the business and the current reporting period.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of SEC disclosure requirements, existing and new accounting guidance (particularly ASC 326), and Bank policies to remain fully compliant with each.
- Research all new applicable accounting pronouncements and develop the necessary reporting disclosures.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the accounting/finance team (including significant coordination with the parent company), senior management, investor relations, attorneys, and auditors to ensure that all disclosures are of high quality, accurate, and complete.
- Assist with external auditors’ quarterly review and annual audit processes.
- Proactively and routinely communicate with stakeholders about public reporting and status, emerging issues, and deadlines.
- Achieve Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance by maintaining a comprehensive internal control structure over public reporting activities.
- Lead the disclosure preparation effort for subsequent securities offerings, and research accounting and disclosure requirements for new business transactions.
- Support investor relations, including review and tie-out of materials included in investor decks and press releases.
- Maintain strict deadlines.
- Examine and recommend areas to streamline the reporting processes and financial reporting deliverables.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to conduct variance analysis and reconciliation between reports and systems.
- Familiarity with Workiva Wdesk and NetSuite Accounting software preferred.
- Strong technical writing skills to complement exceptional accounting accuracy.
- The ability to work independently, when necessary, as well as with a team, to create high-quality public reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting is required.
- Cubicle work environment with the opportunity for occasional work in a home office with minimal exposure to distractions or environmental hazards.

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
