Local financial business is looking for an Account Service Rep to provide courteous, professional and knowledgeable first point-of-contact experiences for potential and existing members. Assist or provide direction as members come to or call and answer phone lines: Assist with member transactions, questions, problem resolution or transfer calls to appropriate staff. Pay starts at $19.52 with fantastic benefits. Hours are from 8am-5pm with a couple of days til 6pm.
Responsibilities:
Duties are:
???Schedule appointments for Sales Team
???Front Desk duties including greet visitors, manage lobby traffic, direct visitors to appropriate departments and notify employee(s) when member/visitors are waiting for assistance
???Open and distribute incoming mail with dual control
???Maintain records including contact information, mail codes, diary memos, and scrolling messages
???Collect appropriate documentation for electronic transaction disputes
???Present an organized, neat and secure work area
???Participate in continuing education as approved by supervisor
???Report to work on time and as schedule
???Attend meetings as required
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
--Knowledge of computer operations excel, MS Word, and Outlook
