We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, oversee the preparation of financial statements, and play a key role in the month-end and year-end close processes. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Supervise and mentor a team of staff accountants, providing guidance and training as needed.
Manage the reconciliation of general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Ensure proper accounting for transactions and maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting.
Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
