This role is responsible for ensuring effective customer support through the development, installation, and training related to CNC machines. It involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, reviewing part prints and machine specifications, and providing programming and technical assistance to ensure machine readiness and functionality. The position operates under limited supervision.

Responsibilities :

  • Review customer part prints, time studies, and machine quotations to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop documentation and coordinate tooling, work-holding, and other project purchases.
  • Write CNC programs, set up machines, adapt components, and debug processes.
  • Prepare machines for shipment, inventory components, and manage related logistics.
  • Set up machines at customer sites, conduct operator training, and ensure project completion.
  • Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or site visits.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace and manage machine-related materials.

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

    Experience : 4-7 years

    Qualifications :

  • High school diploma with two or more years of experience in project management or engineering technology, or equivalent.
  • Background in manufacturing with project management and technical expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
  • Strong mathematical and reasoning abilities, including geometry, trigonometry, and statistical concepts.
  • Valid driver?s license and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and work-holding processes.
