Responsibilities :
Set up equipment to meet product standards for identification, shell painting, retainer loading, contact painting, wire cutting, riveting, contact crimping, and contact hooding.
Weigh, mix, and identify items such as inks, paints, adhesives, molding compounds, and potting materials.
Perform manual or machine loading of retainers into molded plastic inserts per work order instructions.
Bond front and rear plastic inserts and interface seals to assemblies as per work instructions.
Assemble and bond EMI rings to connector shells.
Apply identification stamping and paint stripe markings to components and contacts.
Handle packaging, stage materials for shipment, and maintain housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment.
Prepare single and shielded wires for termination, crimp contacts, terminate cables to connectors, and operate heat treat and annealing ovens.
Working hours : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Qualifications :
High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
1-2 years of experience in related mechanical manufacturing assembly operations.
Ability to read, follow, and understand verbal instructions, product / process specifications, drawings, and work orders in English.
Good manual dexterity for assembling small and intricate parts.
Ability to use calculators and lift up to 30 lbs. while performing tasks involving bending, reaching, and twisting.
