Spherion Temple seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / Spanish) to assist customers with account and transaction inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional service while handling customer concerns efficiently. Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls and provide high-quality customer service.

Provide accurate information regarding accounts, transactions, and claims.

Handle all customer interactions professionally, regardless of complexity.

Complete claims forms accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Make informed decisions on routine issues in alignment with ATM operating procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills :

Previous call center or customer service experience.

Experience handling financial transactions or claims processing.

Education : High School

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Strong general PC skills and / or data entry experience.

Communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong customer service and telephone etiquette.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Ability to collaborate with coworkers and contribute to a team environment.
