BRANCH MANAGER

Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include but not different to :

Lead branch operations to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries and maintain exceptional service.

Communicate regularly with management and staff to align goals.

Assign tasks to personnel and provide feedback for performance improvement.

Build relationships with customers and support sales growth.

Ensure all legal agreements and documents are completed before starting projects.

Follow up on urgent scenarios to secure company interests.

Work with the administrative team to ensure timely legal notices are sent.

Visit job sites to provide coaching and ensure efficiency.

Respond quickly to project issues and collaborate to resolve them.

Oversee logistics to ensure equipment is tracked and billed correctly.

Ensure accurate and timely billing for all services rendered.

Collaborate with support services to address branch needs.

Manage accounts receivable and resolve outstanding payments.

Attend industry events to promote the branch and increase recognition.

Analyze financial data and provide reports to track performance.

Prioritize safety to reduce work-related accidents and improve ratings.

Enforce company policies and provide coaching and training to staff.

Apply company values in decision-making and daily operations.

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and bidding.

Familiarity with contract documents and specifications.

Experience in workflow analysis and management.

Education : Bachelors

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Bachelor?s degree in Construction Management or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in branch or project management.

Proven ability to manage teams and deliver projects.

Strong organizational and planning skills
