Spherion Jacksonville is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team! We are seeking a high-energy, hunter mentality to join our team as a Business Development Manager with experience within the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships and providing workforce management solutions within the non-clinical healthcare and professional services environment. This position offers a base salary of $60,000 to $70,000, plus commission.
Responsibilities :
- Build a strong target list with the ability to flip targets into billing accounts
- Heavy lead generation and consistent follow up until you get to the sale
- Research and development of key account decision makers
- Heavy outbound call activity
- Ability to set and lead sales appointments
- Persuade and influence decision makers and gatekeepers
- Create sales strategies and close the sale
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
