Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships within the Phoenix market. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sales, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Compensation:
- $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience
- Part-time start (20-32 hours per week) with full-time potential
- Heavily commission-based structure with high earning potential
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored staffing solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct presentations and proposals to showcase our staffing services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
- Provide exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our Recruiting team to ensure proper fulfillment of client staffing needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong networking skills.
