Spherion Staffing is seeking enthusiastic and articulate Call Center Representatives to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have excellent phone etiquette, strong communication skills, and proper grammar. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Shifts Available: Weekdays and Weekends, Days, Mid Shift and Overnight.
Part time and Full time available.
Possibility to go remote after 90 days.
Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company???s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Identify and assess customers??? needs to achieve satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow call center procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Skills
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Outgoing Personality: Must be friendly, approachable, and able to engage customers effectively.
Articulate Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think quickly and handle complex situations calmly.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and familiar with call center software systems.
Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
