CNC Programmer / CAD Designer
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000 per year (DOE)
A growing precision manufacturing company in Crestview, FL, is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / CAD Designer to join our team! If you have experience with CNC Mills and Lathes, CAD / CAM programming, and quality inspection, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do :
- Set up, program, edit, and operate CNC machines
- Perform first article inspections and ensure quality documentation
- Use precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges (CMM / Keyence experience is a plus!)
- Design and fabricate tools and fixtures for efficient setups
- Optimize existing CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy
- Develop 3D models, create CNC programs, and ensure proper tolerances
- Work with customers to understand design needs and resolve part issues
- Support production teams with tools, gauges, and process improvements
- Assist in quoting new jobs and refining manufacturing processes
