DATA ENTRY ASSOCIATE

Spherion Staffing in Lakeland has partnered with a local electrical manufacturing company who is looking to add a data entry clerk to their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain data in Netsuite (experience preferred but not required).
• Support daily data entry tasks to alleviate workload on current staff.
• Assist with organization and management of project-related documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate data flow.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Employees are cross-trained with the Sales department.
  
  

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Experience in the construction field is beneficial but not necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in related fields is a plus.
