Job Overview
Spherion is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of facultative accounting, including reviewing and reconciling general ledger balances.

We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 5 years' experience working in Accounting/Finance with emphasis in the insurance industry, as well as detailed knowledge of accounting principles and practices, the insurance/reinsurance markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are essential for this role.
A Bachelors degree is required for this position.
