DESCRIPTIONS.3. We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Spherion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing and handling shipments according to customer needs and SOPs. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with SOPs, handling open order management, investigating missing POs, and processing creation/upload requests. You will also be responsible for managing suppliers' open orders and booking processes, creating, monitoring, and validating carrier bookings, preparing, controlling, and distributing Export documents, monitoring data entry integrity, providing customer service, communicating shipment activity delays, managing daily workflow, regularly interacting with customers, reviewing and responding to emails, and reviewing daily operations reports. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in export shipping, supplier management, or a similar field, the ability to resolve problems related to product movement out of the US, high attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance regulations.
