Responsibilities :
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies. Prepare comprehensive legal documents, including briefs, motions, contracts, and pleadings. Represent clients in various court proceedings, such as trials, hearings, and depositions. Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of legal matters, and stay up-to-date on legal developments and trends within your practice area.
Skills :
Candidates should have experience in personal injury cases, strong litigation expertise, proficiency in research and writing, and a proven track record with depositions and mediations.
Qualifications :
Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and have active membership in the Minnesota State Bar. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues. A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional client service are essential.
