We are actively seeking highly motivated individuals who exemplify exceptional responsibility and dedication for this role. Our client is a dynamic manufacturing company specializing in nutraceutical gummies and healthy snacks, offering excellent solutions for private brands and labeling.
Responsibilities
After your basic training, you'll kick off your shift with a team meeting to chat about the day's production goals, safety, and other plant stuff.
Operate machinery and equipment as per the instructions
Figure out and fix problems, and do some maintenance
Keep an eye on quality process
Generat reports and paperwork, and comunciate any issues
Make sure to follow all safety and health rules
Keep things clean by tidying up the machinery and work area
1st Shift 6:00AM to 6:00PM
2ns Shift 6:00PM to 6:00AM
Monday-Friday
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills
Must be detail-oriented
Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract,
multiply, divide) in different units of measurement
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to work in a team
Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time
Able to use basic PC, Tablet Or other devices.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant
Experience
Understanding of production and plant processes
Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary
