What are the responsibilities and job description for the MACHINE OPERATOR 2ND SHIFT position at Spherion?
Operates basic finishing equipment and tools based established processes and directions. Follows work order instructions, performs quality tests, and adheres to productivity standards. Develops understanding of tools and equipment used in routine machine equipment operation under direct supervision. - Learns policies and procedures, and applies them in routine activities. Builds productive working relationships internally, and resolves simple problems of limited complexity. Complies with all required safety practices and regulations. . - Less than 1 year of experience.
This is an entry level, production assistant position.

Responsible for packaging, assisting Operators and retrieving materials as needed. Requirement of the ability to lift up to 40 pounds should also be included.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
