About the Role
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of our production equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery including condensers, boilers, sterilizers, and pumps.
- Operational Support: Collaboration with production team, adjust and calibrate machinery as needed to meet quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools to analyze system performance and implement corrective actions.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following organizational standards.
- Documentation and Reporting
Requirements:
- Technical certifications or vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
1-4 years of experience in maintenance mechanics.
Language:
English (Required)
Work Hours:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
