Spherion is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team! We are hiring employees to assist with the assembly of tables, chairs, playsets, sheds, basketball hoops, coolers, and hardware kits. If you enjoy hands-on work, have great attention to detail, and take pride in building quality products, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
The shifts are Monday-Thursday with some overtime as needed.
Days : 6 AM to 4 : 30 PM - $16.00
Swings : 4 PM to 2 : 30 AM - $18.00

Responsibilities :
Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
Prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Working hours : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills :
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education : No Degree Required
Experience : 0-1 years
Qualifications :
Warehouse, Assembly line
Good Attendance is critical
