What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional Customer Service Representative position at Spherion?
Spherion Staffing is looking for Customer Service Representatives to take inbound calls from current and potential customers. You will provide customer service, review and update customer records on computerized data base. Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties. We are looking for people who excel at customer service, comfortable on the phones and looking for a career not just a job! These are Direct Hire positions, you will be hired on with the client from day one! Training class to start in February.
PM shift with 2 consecutive days off, working hours are evenings / PM shift and include weekends. This shift receives a 15% shift differential.
Sunday : 12-7 : 30pm
Monday : 2-9 : 30pm
Tuesday : Off
Wednesday : Off
Thursday : 2-9 : 30pm
Friday : 2-9 : 30pm
Saturday : 12-7 : 30pm
Positions are Direct Hire with the client
