Experience in managing complex projects that involve coordinating diverse teams and disciplines is highly valued. A solid understanding of engineering principles, advanced techniques, and project management tools like Vision or Microsoft Project will be beneficial. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities, along with a strong grasp of business financials and project budgeting.

Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. The candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in civil site design for both public and private projects, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, particularly Civil 3D, is essential. The role also requires strong leadership abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A solid understanding of business financials, project budgeting, and the ability to lead teams and manage client relationships are also critical for success in this role.
