We are seeking highly skilled Project Managers at both Mid and Senior levels to join a top-tier team to execute 2025 strategic plans. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in large-scale project management, particularly in the financial transactions industry. This position is an onsite position with a preferred location in Columbus, GA and is a 12 month contract position with possibility of extending to 18 months.
Key Responsibilities –
- Lead Project Execution: Manage all aspects of large-scale projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and communicate operational plans, monitor progress, and manage escalations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business owners, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure project alignment and timely completion.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare status reports, checklists, and executive decks to communicate project status across different levels of the organization.
- Team Leadership: Guide and support a team of four Mid-Level Project Managers to execute their responsibilities effectively.
- Problem Solving: Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize delays and ensure smooth project progression.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Senior Level: 10 years of project management experience.
- Mid-Level: Minimum of 5 years in project management.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Project Execution & Drive: Proven success in leading and executing complex project plans.
- Escalation Management: Experience in handling project escalations effectively.
- Strong Communication & Reporting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interactions.
- Tools: JIRA, Microsoft Project, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale projects or initiatives within the financial services or issuing sector.
- Expertise in navigating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and resources.
- Industry experience in Financial Transactions.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
