We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from creating job postings and sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires and supporting them throughout their assignments. Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain engaging and accurate job postings
- Prescreen candidates for skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate potential
- Manage and send onboarding documentation to new hires
- Assign candidates to job orders and maintain accurate tracking
- Provide consistent care and support to candidates on assignment
- Handle employee terminations professionally and in compliance with company policy
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs
- Ensure all hiring and onboarding processes are compliant with regulations
- Close and document ended assignments
- Share potential business leads with the Business Development team from candidate interactions
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting initiatives.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
Required Skills:
- 1 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Understanding of compliance and employment laws
- Comfortable conducting interviews and giving feedback
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a staffing or high-volume recruiting environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and recruiting tools
- Knowledge of onboarding best practices
- Social media savvy with experience in employer branding
