We are seeking a Relationship Banker who will help clients achieve financial well-being through strong customer relationships and an understanding of their needs. You will offer personal and business financial products and services, serve as the primary new account and consumer lender, and provide customer service. The role involves proactive sales, service activities, and fostering relationships with customers. Preferred availability is Monday to Friday, 7 : 45 a.m. - 5 : 45 p.m. and Saturday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 12 : 00 p.m.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and deepen customer relationships by identifying their financial needs (deposit, credit, investment solutions).
  • Educate customers on services and technologies for convenience.
  • Drive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
  • Develop partnerships with internal teams (e.g., Ag Services, Financial Advisors, Mortgage Advisors, Commercial Services) to deepen customer relationships.
  • Make quality referrals to appropriate teams.
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet customer needs and build loyalty.
  • Assist with customer transactions and complex service needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, in person and by phone.
  • Participate in community events and organizations.
  • Demonstrate compliance with bank regulations and stay updated on changes.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.

Working hours : 7 : 45 AM - 5 : 45 AM

Skills :

  • Previous banking experience.
  • Sales experience and desire to meet sales goals.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
  • Willingness to be cross-trained and take on new projects.
  • Education : High School

    Experience : 1-4 years

  • Strong customer service and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to handle money accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and solve problems.
  • Enjoy working with the public.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Ability to work flexible banking center hours.
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs and keyboarding.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended period
