What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Call Center Representative Inbound position at Spherion?
Now hiring for call center representatives. Our call center representatives support a healthcare customer in a work from home environment. The call center representatives will assist inbound callers with application and eligibility requirements for healthcare programs. The customer care representative will handle healthcare enrollments and private information. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole is preferred but not required. Perks and Benefits Remote work from home, Monday through Friday *Long term temporary with the possibility of permanent *8 hour shift within the call center's operating hours
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in a call center environment Handle inbound customer healthcare enrollments Assist customers out of large calling queue Handle HIPAA information related to healthcare Utilizing custom software to handle all documentation
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
