Sales Manager AG Sector

Spherion has a full-time Sales Manager position available in Sioux Falls, SD.

This position is responsible for promoting and selling new, used and remanufactured parts and equipment, by serving the needs of the customers. Proactively seeks out and develops local customer base, both retail and dealer markets. We are looking for Five (5) years' experience in sales and customer service within the Ag sector including Tractors, Combines & Seeding Equipment

Salary: $65-95k/year DOE Full Benefits

Responsibilities:

-Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

-Act as company representative at trade shows to grow company awareness in the local area. Represent the company in a professional manner

-Understand and implement the marketing strategy to expand company brand and market share

-Assist in maintaining accurate inventory

-Provide timely feedback to management and the Sales team

-Supervise administrative employees, warehouse and sales specialist. Oversee the warehouse operation

-Support and add to the sales team by promoting team goals and a positive team attitude-Follow all safety rules and regulations; keep the work environment clean and free of hazards

Education:

High School

Experience:

2-7 years

Qualifications:

-Five (5) years' experience in sales and customer service within the Ag sector including Tractors, Combines & Seeding Equipment

-Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills; including excel

-Results oriented with the ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision

-Valid driver's license and good driving record

-Must be able to travel by car or other modes of transportation. Out-of-town travel is occasionally required

-Effective communication/comprehension skills-verbal and written

-Self-motivated and goal oriented
