Responsibilities :
Lead the Finance unit?s day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, process improvements, and business continuity.
Supervise staff, review and approve financial work products, and provide coaching and performance feedback.
Assist with programmatic accounting, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting.
Support the Finance Manager in developing, interpreting, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Manage administrative fee reporting, collection, and auditing while serving as a backup database administrator for the State Term Contracts program.
Prepare and process financial reports, accounts payable / receivable transactions, and purchase orders.
Conduct financial research and data analysis to support audits and strategic planning.
Assist in budget preparation, expenditure evaluations, and fund allocation.

Working hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Skills :
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of state contracts and auditing processes is a plus.
Education : No Degree Required
Experience : 1-4 years

Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budget management.
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and coaching staff.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
