We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping our organization's financial strategies. This position is responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis, leading budgeting and forecasting efforts, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
Responsibilities :
Conduct advanced financial analysis and modeling to inform strategic decisions and enhance profitability.
Lead the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement long-term financial strategies.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including KPIs, variance analyses, and insights.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization.
Evaluate operational costs and recommend strategies for cost optimization and efficiency.
Work closely with accounting, operations, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and proactively mitigate risk.
Support special projects, including mergers and acquisitions, market expansion initiatives, and capital investment analyses.
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Skills :
MBA or CPA certification.
Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
Education : Bachelors

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5-7 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a senior finance role.
Expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel functionality.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
