What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Operations Processor position at Spherion?
Spherion Staffing has openings for Temporary Operations Processors. The Operations Processor will be supporting a volume increase due to tax documents and general operations support; seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
Perform routine operational support tasks. Regularly receive direction from the supervisor and escalate questions and issues. Interact with client personnel on basic information.
Assignment Length : 3 Months
Shift : Monday - 8-4 : 30pm or 7-3 : 30pm
Pay : $18.50 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Help to sort, open and organize mail
- Sometimes you will lift larger trays, not generally heavy but standing and moving trays will be required. Rare that it will be heavy or near 50 Lbs
- When mail is received, tax documents are noted and you will need to be able to catch that and sort them out
